LeAnn Rimes Tweets A Video To The Chainsmokers After They Tie Her Record

LeAnn Rimes has held a record for 20 years and now she shares the title with The Chainsmokers. Check out what she had to say to the guys.

LeAnn Rimes’ smash hit “How Do I Live” spent 32 weeks in the top 10 on Billboard’s Hot 100 list. That’s been a record since 1998 that no one else was able to match until now. The Chainsmokers now share that same record with LeAnn. Their huge hit “Closer” just hit 32 weeks in the top 10.

LeAnn reached out to the guys on Twitter to congratulate them.

She doesn’t have to worry about “Closer” breaking the record, because it just fell out of the top 10. It does however hold a separate record, most weeks in the Billboard Hot 100 top 5 (27 weeks).
