‘Happy Days’ Actress Erin Moran Dies; Had Stage 4 Cancer

The Sheriff and Coroner of Harrison County Indiana released the apparent cause of death for Erin Moran, the ‘Happy Days’ sitcom star, who died suddenly on Saturday.

The Sheriff and Coroner of Harrison County Indiana released the apparent cause of death for Erin Moran, the ‘Happy Days’ sitcom star, who died suddenly on Saturday.

Erin, who played Joanie on the sitcom ‘Happy Days’ died suddenly at her mobile home in Indiana, which she shared with her husband and mother-in-law.

Moran was found unresponsive Saturday afternoon in her trailer.  At that time, officials couldn’t speculate on how she died.  She was only 56 years old.

This morning, the Sheriff and Coroner performed the autopsy and it look like Erin had been battling Stage 4 cancer quietly.

Officials are still awaiting toxicology reports to confirm their findings.
