During the hot summer months it is all too important that outside workers know the signs and symptoms of heat related illness.

CAL/OSHA is the state agency tasked with keeping employees safe.  Ray Acree, the Area Manager for CAL/OSHA, explained what employers are required to do to keep outside workers safe from the affects of heat illness and what warning signs to be aware of.
