The autopsy report for the beloved actress, Carrie Fisher, has been released and the results are difficult to hear.

Fisher died in December at the age of 60, after falling ill during a flight from Europe back to the U.S.

On Friday, June 16th, the Los Angeles County Coroner ruled her cause of death as sleep apnea, and other “undetermined factors”, according to PEOPLE. She also suffered from atherosclerotic heart disease and “drug use,” but no specifics were given at the time.

However, PEOPLE was able to obtain the toxicology reports with reveal Fisher had cocaine, ethanol, opiates and methadone in her system when she passed.

The coroner is unclear whether those substances were ultimately, the cause of her death, but most likely, a contributing factor given her other health issues.  They’ve officially ruled the cause of death, “undetermined”.

Fisher’s daughter told PEOPLE, “My mom battled drug addiction and mental illness her entire life. She ultimately died of it.  She was purposefully open in all of her work about the social stigmas surrounding these diseases.”
